Sarvam is building India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, focusing on research, models, infrastructure, and applications to make AI work for India. This role is at the intersection of customer success, technical problem-solving, and market intelligence, owning API customer relationships end-to-end. You will run demos, debug integrations, write scripts to unblock customers, and provide precise model feedback to research teams. Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships end-to-end, including demos, onboarding, and integration walkthroughs.
- Facilitate customer success from API key to production.
- Write scripts to unblock integrations and build small demo applications.
- Create reference implementations for customers to reuse.
- Handle customer problems directly without escalation.
- Act as the voice of the customer by relaying specific model feedback to research and engineering teams.
- Close the loop with customers regarding feedback and resolutions.
- Track customer and prospect activities to identify market insights.
- Map the competitive landscape and identify recurring patterns across accounts.
- Contribute a point of view to GTM and Product strategy based on market insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role (customer success, solutions, pre-sales, developer advocacy) at a tech company; strong internship experience is valued.
- Technically capable with fluency in reading API documentation.
- Ability to write basic Python or JS scripts for unblocking integrations.
- Proficiency in debugging integrations independently.
- Excellent communication skills, effective with both business stakeholders and engineers.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, including understanding how models work and characterizing errors precisely.
- Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
