Sarvam is seeking Deployment Strategists to bridge the gap between AI pilots and production for India's largest institutions. In this role, you will own the entire customer engagement lifecycle, from initial proof of concept to live production systems handling millions of real conversations. You will navigate the complexities of each institution's unique environment, ensuring AI systems are successfully integrated and performant. This is a critical role for bringing Sarvam's AI technology to a broad audience and making a tangible impact on the Indian economy.
Responsibilities
- Own deployments end-to-end, from proof of concept to production and KPI achievement.
- Run proofs of concept to demonstrate value and secure full deployment commitments.
- Conduct implementation discovery to understand customer-specific integrations, processes, data, and compliance constraints.
- Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope discipline.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the delivery process.
- Collaborate with deployment teams (Agent Engineers, partners) and ensure delivery quality.
- Drive user adoption of deployed AI systems.
- Develop documentation and operating charters for post-go-live system management.
- Create process and engagement playbooks to streamline future deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, with a proven track record of owning and delivering client-facing outcomes.
- Experience in consulting, high-quality systems integration, or enterprise delivery organizations.
- Technical understanding sufficient to discuss integration approaches and system performance (latency, reliability, scale).
- Understanding of agentic AI, LLM behavior in production, prompt engineering, and scaling challenges.
- Experience working within large, regulated enterprises (banks, insurers, public sector) with complex integration and change management.
- Precise communication skills, including crisp writing and clear escalation.
