SambaNova is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate, AI Content & Community to enhance the visibility and utility of its AI infrastructure technology. This role involves hands-on development of compelling demos and applications using SambaCloud, alongside building relationships within the developer ecosystem to amplify SambaNova's offerings. The ideal candidate will be adept at prototyping, clearly explaining complex technology, and effectively communicating through various media, including live presentations and digital content.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications, reference demos, and developer workflows showcasing SambaCloud capabilities.
- Manage a demo pipeline from concept to delivery, including documentation and community reuse.
- Create original developer content across various formats like code repositories, videos, tutorials, and blog posts.
- Act as a public representative for SambaNova in developer communities and on social platforms.
- Cultivate relationships with developer influencers and community leaders to extend SambaNova's reach.
- Collaborate with creators and partners on demos, content, events, and social initiatives.
- Translate platform capabilities and technical concepts into practical, substance-rich examples.
- Transform product launches and technical achievements into engaging demos and developer stories.
- Engage directly with developers to answer questions, gather feedback, and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with internal teams to align demos and content with strategic use cases and launches.
- Measure program success through metrics like demo usage, developer activation, and community growth, using insights for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developer advocacy, software engineering, technical content creation, or developer marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, large language models, and agent/orchestration frameworks.
- A substantial public portfolio of working demos, repositories, tutorials, talks, or videos.
- Demonstrated ability to engage technical audiences through developer communities and social platforms.
- Strong skills in on-camera presentation, live delivery, writing, and technical storytelling.
- Fluency in the AI developer ecosystem and curiosity about new models and tools.
- Ability to prototype quickly, troubleshoot live demos, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Comfort managing an editorial and demo calendar in a fast-paced environment.
