Salesforce is seeking an MBA intern to join the Business Value Services (BVS) team, focusing on strategic customer engagements within the Financial Services sector. This role involves providing quantifiable insights into how Salesforce solutions, including AI, drive business and financial outcomes for clients in banking, insurance, and wealth management. The intern will work on real projects that impact business operations, collaborating with sales and solution engineering teams to demonstrate the value of Salesforce's AI-powered CRM.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery of customer business roles and processes, identifying areas where AI can provide value.
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify, prioritize, and quantify key performance indicators demonstrating Salesforce solution value.
- Size financial services AI use cases and model their impact on cost to serve and revenue.
- Incorporate risk and compliance considerations into AI business cases, including model risk management, explainability, data privacy, and human review requirements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation of Spring 2028.
- 5+ years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role prior to MBA.
- Experience building and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience structuring complex problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, or analysis.
