Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging expertise in AI-driven agent design, orchestration, and automation. This role involves acting as a trusted subject-matter expert on the Agentforce platform, which enables the building and deployment of autonomous AI agents across sales, service, and marketing. The architect will engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, performance, and solution design, while also identifying capability gaps and proposing creative solutions. A key aspect of the role is facilitating executive stakeholder alignment between technology strategy and business value, and contributing to thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Agentforce and how data foundations support AI agents.
- Engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for Agentforce technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
- Identify and evaluate capability gaps or propose custom solutions.
- Facilitate and influence executive stakeholders, aligning technology strategy with business value and ROI.
- Run playbooks tailored to Agentforce customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on agent architecture and automation.
- Deep understanding of AI agent design principles (topics, actions, prompts, orchestration) and the impact of data quality on agent performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.
- Basic understanding of emerging AI and agentic technologies, with a commitment to staying up-to-date.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude, with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate remotely.
- Commitment to Data Ethics and Privacy, ensuring solutions adhere to regulations and best practices.
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
