Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and deployment of complex frontend and full-stack features for the Page Builder platform.
  • Drive the technical roadmap for web platform development, focusing on scalable authoring pipelines, component libraries, CMS architecture, and high-performance rendering.
  • Integrate generative AI services, pipelines, and engineering tools into development workflows to accelerate velocity and improve quality.
  • Architect and maintain resilient, accessible, and performant web systems, optimizing Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN configurations, and global rendering infrastructure.
  • Oversee feature delivery across the entire engineering lifecycle, from architectural blueprints to production monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, AI Platform Engineers, and other teams to define requirements and manage dependencies.
  • Foster technical excellence through code and design reviews, automated testing, CI/CD best practices, and mentorship of engineers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on large-scale, complex frontend and full-stack web applications.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Sass/Tailwind, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Extensive experience with Node.js and building scalable backend/BFF architectures.
  • Proven experience architecting and integrating enterprise Content Management Systems (WordPress and/or Contentful).
  • Solid understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and experience deploying scalable frontend services.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API design and web security best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks (Jest, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives, influence roadmaps, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
