Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through customer engagement.
- Synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior to lead a team with clarity.
- Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and evaluation analysis.
- Shape findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems.
- Create evaluation infrastructure and monitor regressions to ensure agent improvement.
- Ruthlessly scope to deliver exceptional user value in a fast-paced release cycle.
- Ship product improvements and PRs to enhance the user experience.
- Enable sales, support, and marketing teams with context on new agent capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years in the software industry with direct ownership of an AI or LLM-powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role.
- Track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with high accountability, making decisions with incomplete information.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent products, understanding tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and agent failure modes.
- Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make sharp written arguments and tell compelling launch stories.
- Confidence in assessing business state, identifying challenges, and articulating solutions.
