About the job
We are seeking a GTM Engineer to join our revenue organization, acting as its RevOps lead. In this role, you will own and develop the CRM, enrichment tools, signal layer, agent fleet, and all automations that drive revenue from product usage to closed-won deals. You will write code and build tooling to scale productivity across the GTM team, solving operational challenges with software like Python, SQL, APIs, and agentic workflows. This is a hands-on build role focused on redesigning and implementing systems from the ground up, treating GTM as a product that delights both internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial object model, including routing, territories, and approvals, serving as the schema for downstream systems and agents.
- Transform Salesforce into a system where agents reconcile state, with reps providing inspection and approval.
- Integrate Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage data, and the data warehouse using APIs and webhooks to ensure consistent account data across all systems.
- Develop the reporting layer for the CRO dashboard, covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ramp velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Manage GTM systems with production-level infrastructure practices, including observability, error handling, and data quality validation.
- Build and operate the GTM agent fleet from prototype to daily production use, instrumenting for visibility into decisions, failures, human edits, and outcomes.
- Develop the PLG-to-Enterprise signal layer, translating product usage into intent scoring for the BDR/AE routing queue.
- Manage the Clay enrichment and outbound data infrastructure to improve BDR output at the systems level.
- Surface relevant account context to reps at critical moments, such as before QBRs, ahead of renewals, or when expansion signals appear.
- Build churn-risk and expansion detection systems in collaboration with Deployment and CX teams to enable real-time post-sale motions.
- Automate deal desk processes, including quote workflows and discount approval routing, with in-system pricing guardrails.
- Collaborate with frontline sellers to identify and resolve motion breakdowns within two weeks.
- Own the end-to-end build process, from discovery and prototyping to rollout, adoption, and iteration.
- Measure the adoption and revenue impact of all shipped features, decommissioning underutilized solutions.
- Provide VP-level build-vs-buy recommendations supported by working prototypes.
- Incorporate field evidence into Product roadmap decisions, ensuring enterprise signals are represented.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, sales ops, or a related applied technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in RevOps or GTM engineering.
- Demonstrable experience building and showcasing systems such as Salesforce integrated with GTM tools, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, and production agent workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Proficiency with Clay is strongly preferred; ability to quickly become proficient will be assessed.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions, particularly for deals ranging from $100K to $2M ACV.
- A background in analytics engineering, finance, or data science is considered a plus.
