Responsibilities
- Own entire product surfaces end-to-end, from customer interaction and problem definition to solution architecture, coding, shipping, and impact measurement.
- Build the foundational systems for Rovi's AI-native clinic, including the event-driven agent framework, shared memory across patient interactions, tool orchestration, and inter-component APIs.
- Develop early intervention systems that leverage claims data, clinical records, and patient interactions to identify and trigger appropriate responses for potential high-cost medical events.
- Design and implement the technical systems for a virtual clinic that enables AI-driven intake and triage, allowing human clinicians to focus on complex cases and scale their capacity.
- Make architectural decisions to ensure the platform can scale to orders of magnitude growth while maintaining real-time responsiveness and avoiding future performance issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, from conception to measurement.
- Experience building and operating production systems with significant stakes.
- Experience shipping AI/ML in production, including agent systems, LLM orchestration, and data-heavy pipelines.
- Preference for ownership and ambiguity over well-defined tasks.
