Rogo is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to own and advance the security, governance, and trust product, ensuring Rogo remains the most trusted platform for financial institutions to leverage AI. This role involves working across all Rogo functions and directly with customer security teams to maintain a leading edge in security, governance, and trust as AI adoption grows. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in making AI adoption simple and confident for demanding institutions, meeting their governance and compliance obligations, and ensuring AI is used securely and transparently across their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own and advance Rogo's security, governance, and trust product.
- Provide administrators and security leaders with clear visibility and control over AI usage.
- Collaborate with customer security teams, internal security and engineering, and auditors to translate requirements into product features.
- Simplify AI adoption for demanding institutions, ensuring compliance and governance.
- Prototype and build product features, working closely with engineering and design.
- Anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and security standards from a sophisticated security organization's perspective.
- Enhance user experience for security and governance features, making them intuitive and desirable.
Requirements
- Strong product management or startup product experience, with a track record of shipping polished software.
- Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information architecture instincts and a collaborative approach with design.
- Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI.
- A technical foundation, including experience shipping code and prototyping.
- A degree in computer science, math, or engineering, or equivalent experience, is a plus.
- Finance experience is a plus.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and present with poise.
- Sharp, detail-oriented, high-output, with a strong sense of craft.
- Opinionated, low-ego, and genuinely collaborative.
