Responsibilities
- Own the API/MCP and extensibility layer for firms and partners to build on Rogo.
- Build admin, permissioning, and entitlement systems for complex organizational structures.
- Own billing, credits, consumption, rate limits, and the pricing and packaging model.
- Partner with sales, post-sales, and enablement to translate commercial needs into product.
- Prototype and build solutions, working closely with engineering and design to bring them to life.
- Maintain a high standard for quality and craft across the entire enterprise experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams to onboard, retain, and scale large organizations.
Requirements
- Strong product management or startup product experience, with a track record of shipping real products.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, platforms, API/MCP, or developer tooling is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated commercial instincts, including comfort with pricing and packaging and partnering with go-to-market teams.
- Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI tools.
- Genuine technical aptitude, including the ability to ship code and prototype.
- A degree in computer science, math, or engineering, or equivalent experience, is a plus.
- A high bar for craft and usability in enterprise systems.
- Finance experience is a plus, but not required.
- A trusted presence with senior stakeholders, capable of presenting with poise.
- Exceptional sharpness, detail-orientation, organization, high output, strong taste, and a low ego.
