Responsibilities
- Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration.
- Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful interfaces.
- Own the experience across Rogo's product, including the core application, search, document/file experience, and user tools/plugins.
- Drive information architecture, flows, and polish in close partnership with design.
- Prototype and build to determine what is worth shipping, working with AI more than writing long specs.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to bring products to life and unblock the team.
- Set a high bar for craft and quality to ensure products feel great to use.
- Engage with sophisticated users to understand their work and translate insights into priorities.
Requirements
- Strong product management or startup product experience, having shipped polished, design-forward software.
- Exceptional product and visual taste with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design.
- Deep intuition for LLMs and genuine excitement for turning AI capabilities into great interfaces, with hands-on experience building with AI.
- A technical foundation, including shipping code, prototyping, and building rather than just spec'ing.
- Ability to present with poise to senior stakeholders and represent the company.
- Sharp, detail-oriented, high-output, with a deep care for craft and the last ten percent.
- Opinionated, low-ego, and genuinely collaborative.
