Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Felix, the core agent, defining priorities and ensuring continuous delivery.
- Stay current with advancements in AI models and agent paradigms to keep Rogo at the cutting edge.
- Design novel agent systems and workflows tailored for the finance industry, emphasizing accuracy, trust, and depth.
- Establish and rigorously measure the quality, accuracy, speed, and reliability standards for the agent.
- Prototype and build capabilities, collaborating closely with engineering and design to bring complex features to life.
- Engage with sophisticated users to understand their workflows and translate insights into product priorities.
- Act as the in-house authority on agents, experimenting with new tools and techniques to inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven product management or startup product experience, with a track record of shipping real products.
- Deep intuition for LLMs and agents, with hands-on experience building with AI tools and understanding model training/prompting.
- A strong passion for and continuous engagement with the AI landscape.
- A technical foundation, including experience shipping code and prototyping.
- A degree in computer science, math, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in finance (banking, private equity, or investing) is a strong plus.
- Ability to build trust and present effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to ramp up quickly, learn new domains, and possess strong instincts.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of high output.
- Strong product and design taste, with a collaborative and low-ego approach.
