Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce end-to-end, including data model, schema, Flows, validation rules, permissions, record pages, DevOps hygiene, and platform reliability across the full revenue lifecycle.
- Build and maintain Salesforce customizations in Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring tests, deployment discipline, and documentation.
- Administer and integrate the surrounding GTM tech stack, including Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DocuSign.
- Architect and own integrations between Salesforce and other GTM systems, including API, OAuth, and access patterns.
- Manage the full user access lifecycle across GTM systems, including provisioning, role/permission changes, and deprovisioning.
- Evaluate, pilot, and consolidate GTM tooling, making informed decisions about what to adopt and retire.
- Own CPQ and quoting controls, including ramp and multi-year structures, approval paths, and guardrails for Deal Desk.
- Manage the contract and entitlement layer, including order form and contract extraction, activated contract records, seat/license rollups, and billing structures.
- Own renewal, expansion, and churn mechanics within the system, including opportunity generation, deduplication, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Design the customer lifecycle in-system to ensure pipeline, deployment, health, and renewal all read from a single source of truth.
- Design, build, and ship AI capabilities into the GTM motion, such as account health and scoring models, MEDDPICC scorers, account research agents, and enrichment/routing agents.
- Build and extend MCP servers and agent tooling to enable LLMs to safely read and write GTM data.
- Establish evaluations, monitoring, confidence scoring, and guardrails for all AI capabilities to ensure they are observable, reversible, explainable, and measured against business metrics.
- Exercise judgment on the appropriate application of AI within the GTM motion, considering genuine benefits versus risks and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Track the AI and automation landscape and integrate the most effective solutions into Rogo's GTM operations.
- Treat data quality as a production control, implementing deduplication, segmentation, domain normalization, and explicit override fields.
- Design for reporting at the point of data capture, ensuring owners, reason codes, confidence tiers, and evidence fields are included in the schema.
- Execute population-scale backfills with proper auditing, validation, and segmented loading processes.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for GTM system issues, focusing on root cause resolution within the system.
