Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategies for enterprise partners, including training, joint operations, and alignment.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initiation to expansion and renewal.
- Act as the voice of the customer, understanding explicit and implicit business needs.
- Leverage financial services workflow knowledge to develop joint solutions and communicate Rogo's benefits.
- Collaborate with Rogo's engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions.
- Define and track success metrics, setting up KPIs and reports.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations and ensure their needs are met.
- Assist in landing multi-million dollar contracts and guiding Generative AI strategy for major financial services firms.
- Ensure excellent user experiences through hands-on user engagement.
- Contribute to solving complex product and engineering challenges related to LLMs in production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management, preferably within a top-tier banking or private banking platform.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem-solving with scrappiness to deliver results.
- Familiarity with LLMs and the ability to explain concepts like how a transformer works.
