Rogo is seeking an Advisory professional to join their team in Singapore. This role is a unique opportunity to drive transformation in the global finance industry by empowering professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI. You will manage major partnerships and help leading financial firms create and implement their AI strategies, reporting directly to the founders. The position requires a deep understanding of financial services workflows and collaboration with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions and ensure user success. This is a chance to work on challenging AI problems in production and directly impact the nature of work in a multi-trillion dollar industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategies for enterprise partner engagement, including training, joint operations, and alignment.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initiation to expansion and renewal.
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying explicit and implicit business needs.
- Develop joint solutions with customers by leveraging financial services workflow knowledge and communicating Rogo's benefits.
- Collaborate with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
- Define and track success metrics, establishing KPIs and reports.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Assist in closing multi-million dollar contracts and guiding Generative AI strategy for major financial services firms.
- Ensure excellent user experiences through hands-on user engagement.
- Address complex product and engineering challenges related to LLMs in production.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Action-oriented mindset with a balance of creative problem-solving and scrappiness.
- Ability to explain how a transformer works (LLM knowledge).
