Responsibilities
- Manage major partnerships and help financial firms create and implement AI strategies.
- Build and execute strategies for enterprise partners, including training, joint operations, and alignment.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initiation to expansion and renewal.
- Act as the voice of the customer, understanding explicit and implicit business needs.
- Leverage deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions and communicate Rogo's benefits.
- Collaborate with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
- Define and track success metrics, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for major financial services firms.
- Ensure excellent user experiences by working hands-on with users.
- Tackle complex product and engineering problems related to LLMs in production.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem-solving with delivering results.
- Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup (bonus).
- Knowledge of LLMs, including understanding how transformers work (bonus).
