Rogo is seeking an Advisory professional to join their team and transform global finance with AI. This role involves managing major partnerships and assisting top financial firms in creating and implementing AI strategies. Reporting directly to the founders, you will work closely with the team to align goals and objectives. Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategies for enterprise partners, including training teams and setting up joint operations.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initiation to expansion and renewal.
- Act as the voice of the customer, understanding explicit and implicit business needs.
- Leverage financial services workflow knowledge to develop joint solutions and communicate Rogo's benefits.
- Collaborate with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
- Define and track success metrics, setting up KPIs and reports.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Assist in closing multi-million dollar contracts and guiding Generative AI strategy for major financial services firms.
- Ensure excellent user experiences through hands-on user engagement.
- Contribute to solving complex product and engineering problems related to LLMs in production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a front-office finance position, specifically corporate banking and/or commercial banking.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Action-oriented mindset with a balance of creative problem-solving and delivering results.
- Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment (bonus).
- Knowledge of LLMs, including understanding how a transformer works (bonus).
