Replit is seeking a Sr. Learning Experience Lead to build and own its AI-native learning function. This builder-leader role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring onboarding and enablement experiences, initially focusing on the Support organization and expanding to the broader company over time. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at turning ideas into working solutions within a fast-paced, generative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the learning platform roadmap, learning journeys, and instructional design.
- Facilitate onboarding, manage the live-to-on-demand pipeline, and develop role-based learning journeys.
- Create prescriptive learning paths and associated content.
- Define and track measurement criteria to demonstrate the impact of onboarding and enablement on behavior and ramp speed.
- Grow the learning platform and function as adoption expands.
- Design and run learning programs with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Build learning applications, LMS experiences, or similar using modern tools.
- Lead multi-person, cross-functional efforts to establish onboarding, cohort programs, or learning paths.
- Facilitate live sessions and convert them into durable, on-demand content.
- Develop measurement strategies, including pre/post assessments and behavior change metrics.
- Master new domains quickly and operate comfortably in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Learning & Development and learning experience design.
- Proven ability to design and run learning programs with visible organizational impact.
- Experience building learning applications or similar with modern tools.
- Track record of leading multi-person, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience creating end-to-end learning journeys that are user-centric.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to convert live sessions into on-demand content.
- A strong instinct for measurement, including behavior change and co-designing metrics.
- Ability to quickly master new domains and work with ambiguity.
- Experience with AI-native build tools (Replit) or modern no-/low-code app builders is a plus.
- Experience with micro-learning and cohort-based program design is a plus.
- Experience extending learning experiences across an organization is a plus.
- Coaching or manager-development background is a plus.
