Replit is seeking an engineer to join the Replit Cloud organization, focusing on the development of Replit Agent. This team builds Replit's first-party cloud infrastructure, managing essential services like databases, application storage, hosting, and development environments. Your work will be crucial in powering one of Replit's key product differentiators by ensuring seamless integration of these services, enabling users to build, scale, and succeed entirely on the Replit platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on Replit Cloud.
- Drive full-stack feature development from conception to deployment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for the product's future.
- Ship product and build infrastructure using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform.
- Build differentiated full product experiences leveraging cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize AI agents to optimize app performance, reliability, and SEO.
- Participate in engineering leadership and support company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Comfortable building with TypeScript, React, and Go.
- Experience building user-facing platform as a service products.
- Experience with AI/agentic systems.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup.
- Open-source project contributions.
