Replit is seeking a Product Partnerships Manager to lead strategic partnerships end-to-end, from opportunity identification to outcome measurement. This product-focused role involves working with consumer technology partners and the broader connector ecosystem, requiring a blend of product strategy, ecosystem thinking, and deal execution. The ideal candidate will be a Replit power user with the ability to communicate credibly with engineers, negotiate with senior stakeholders, and translate ambiguous opportunities into tangible product and business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop a point of view on Replit's partner landscape and build a pipeline of high-leverage opportunities across various technology sectors.
- Lead partner conversations from exploration through to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful outcomes from agreements.
- Work with Partner Engineers to scope integrations, demos, and enablement assets.
- Define and track success metrics for partnership activations to inform scaling, iteration, or sunsetting decisions.
- Build operating systems for partners, including scorecards, checklists, and evaluation frameworks.
- Represent partners internally with strong product judgment to inform roadmap changes.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to influence roadmaps.
- Technical fluency with APIs, auth, cloud, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools, capable of building credible demos.
- Ability to manage ambiguous, multi-party processes from discovery to measurement.
- Credibility with both senior external partners and internal engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
