About the job

Replit is seeking a Media Manager to lead its paid media investments across TV, CTV, online video, out-of-home, audio, social, and search. This role is responsible for owning the media program, directing external agencies, managing the budget, and ensuring accountability for reaching target audiences effectively. • Review and challenge agency media plan recommendations across all channels.
  • Own media budget pacing, forecasting, authorizations, and reconciliation.
  • Lead annual, quarterly, and campaign-level media planning.
  • Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks, and drive a test-and-learn agenda.
  • Distill campaign and channel performance into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with Brand, Growth, Creative, Product Marketing, Social, and Comms teams to ensure media plans align with broader marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of media planning and strategy experience, either brand-side or agency-side.
  • Demonstrated experience independently reviewing and challenging agency media plans.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets across concurrent campaigns.
  • Fluency across the full channel landscape including TV/CTV, online video, OOH, audio, paid social, search, and programmatic.
  • Strong command of media measurement concepts like reach and frequency, brand lift, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to work from raw campaign data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Analytics, Creative, and agency teams.
  • Actively using AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and planning.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and at speed, making smart decisions independently.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary & Equity
  • 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)
  • Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability
  • Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave
