About the job

Replit is seeking a GTM AI Operations Lead, Demand Generation to accelerate their Go-To-Market (GTM) motion using AI and automation. Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations for the top of the funnel, including lead routing and distribution.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and trustworthiness for reliable reporting and AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement automations that address root causes.
  • Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, lead routing, enrichment, sequencing tools) with AI agents and workflows.
  • Develop internal tooling and lightweight applications to deliver AI insights directly to reps and managers within their workflows.
  • Establish guardrails for secure and governed AI use with revenue data, including permissions and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Translate high-level automation requests into scoped, measurable, and maintainable systems.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, or a related field, with significant experience supporting enterprise sales.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketing Databases, including building, debugging, and reasoning about data models, automation, and permissions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automations, preferably including LLM- or AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills to interrogate pipeline data, test conclusions, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in building systems using no/low-code platforms or API integrations to enable prototyping.
  • A preference for maintainable and trustworthy systems over complex, fragile ones.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary & Equity
  • 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)
  • Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability
  • Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave
