About the job
The Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Social Media Specialist to build and execute a premium, long-term social media strategy, primarily on Instagram, for one of the defining founder voices of the AI era. This is a hands-on creative role focused on building personal presence, requiring the ability to independently capture, edit, and publish polished content across visual channels. You will travel with the CEO to document key moments and develop documentary-style storytelling that emphasizes authenticity and long-term credibility over fleeting trends.
Responsibilities
- Own photography, videography, editing, and publishing across official social channels.
- Travel with the CEO to capture speaking engagements, interviews, awards, office visits, and meetings.
- Produce content around key pillars: founder story, entrepreneurship, global perspective, and human founder moments.
- Develop premium, documentary-style storytelling.
- Build presence on Instagram and other visual mediums.
- Maintain quality and brand guardrails, prioritizing credibility and long-term influence.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams while focusing on the distinct personal brand.
- Move from concept to final execution independently with strong creative judgment and fast turnaround.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing premium photography and video content for an executive, founder, public figure, or creator, including hands-on shooting and editing.
- Portfolio demonstrating documentary-style storytelling.
- Comfort and flexibility with travel.
- Strong judgment on tone and positioning for long-term credibility.
- Ability to work independently across the full production cycle: capture, edit, and publish.
- Familiarity with platform-specific storytelling across Instagram and other visual, photo- and video-first mediums.
- Discretion and professionalism.
- Experience building a personal or executive brand from an early stage is a strong plus.
