Replit is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in London to drive customer retention, expansion, and success on their agentic software creation platform. This role is ideal for individuals with SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, and a technical background or prior experience with developer tools. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them maximize value from Replit's AI-powered platform. This is a unique opportunity to leverage client-facing skills and a passion for customer success and AI to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Champion customer success by helping businesses realize the transformative potential of AI-powered software creation.
- Lead onboarding programs to accelerate customer time-to-value and platform adoption.
- Guide customers through Replit's evolving feature set, including Agent 3's autonomous capabilities, Plan Mode, and automation tools.
- Execute renewal processes with a focus on expansion and long-term partnership development.
- Maintain accurate customer health scores and renewal forecasting data in Replit's CRM (Hubspot).
- Gather and communicate valuable customer feedback, championing their interests within Replit.
- Optimize customers' use of the Replit platform through ongoing training, support, and strategic guidance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales role, preferably in SaaS or developer tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue targets.
- Experience managing customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g., Hubspot).
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies to diverse customer segments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and consultative approach to customer challenges.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
- Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends, particularly AI and automation.
- Comfort with data analysis to drive customer success metrics and identify growth opportunities.
