Replit is seeking an EMEA Growth Lead to establish and scale its commercial presence in the United Kingdom. This high-impact role focuses on enterprise business development, channel sales, and market strategy, with responsibility for Replit's presence in the EMEA market. The ideal candidate will build partnerships with enterprise and government customers, activate reseller and channel partner networks, and represent Replit at industry events. This position requires deep understanding of the EMEA business and technology landscape, experience navigating enterprise and public-sector sales cycles, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partnership development with enterprise accounts, government agencies, and public sector institutions in EMEA.
- Identify, prospect, and close strategic partnerships with large EMEA enterprises across various sectors.
- Navigate complex procurement processes typical of European enterprise and government accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and procurement leads.
- Identify, recruit, and activate resellers, system integrators, and channel partners across EMEA.
- Develop enablement programs, co-selling motions, and joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, reseller terms, and co-marketing arrangements.
- Monitor partner performance and iterate on programs to maximize channel revenue.
- Build partnerships with EMEA universities, coding bootcamps, and educational institutions to drive adoption.
- Engage with the Department for Education and government digital skills initiatives.
- Design programs for educational partners to access Replit's tools, curriculum resources, and credits.
- Drive bottom-up adoption among EMEA builders through community engagement, developer relations, and PLG initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to surface EMEA-specific use cases and advocate for local features.
- Build and nurture a community of Replit power users and advocates across EMEA.
- Represent Replit at major EMEA technology conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Build and manage a robust deal pipeline, tracking opportunities from prospecting through close.
- Report on partnership and growth metrics, ensuring activities convert to measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with Replit's global Partnerships team on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Deep familiarity with the EMEA's business landscape, including enterprise sales cycles, public sector procurement, and the London tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing enterprise or government partnerships in the EMEA.
- Experience working with or selling to EMEA public sector institutions, large enterprises, or through channel/reseller networks.
- Strong communicator adaptable to technical developers, non-technical operators, C-suite executives, and government stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build market presence from the ground up.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, iterate, and use insights quickly.
- Genuine passion for the future of software creation and democratizing access to building software.
