Raindrop is building the monitoring platform for AI agents, used by leading AI companies to detect and resolve production issues. The platform provides visibility into agent performance, helping engineers debug silent failures and close the loop with self-healing capabilities. As an early team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy, product, and growth, working closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to ensure successful adoption of Raindrop.
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, including debugging customer agents and the Raindrop platform.
- Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, with a preference for customer interaction.
- Proficient engineer capable of reading codebases, debugging production systems, and resolving customer-facing bugs.
- Demonstrated interest in AI products and tools, with prior experience in building or actively using them being a plus.
- Possess a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco if not already local.
