About the job
Qventus is seeking Engineers to build AI-powered tools that will transform internal company workflows. - Partner with executive leadership to identify high-leverage operational problems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience building software, including backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience building with LLMs (e.g., agents, RAG pipelines, copilots, prompt-driven tools).
- Comfortable integrating various systems, including APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and async workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and drive tool adoption.
- Ability to move fast, work under ambiguity, and iterate based on feedback.
