Scale is seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Manager to join its Global Public Sector team. This role focuses on developing and deploying transformative AI solutions for governments and government-backed entities outside the United States. You will leverage Scale's GenAI Platform to build cutting-edge AI applications powered by customer data, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions. This is an opportunity to own large AI projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead design workshops with clients to define custom AI solutions.
- Scope new AI application use cases across various government entities.
- Lead cross-functional development of AI applications and custom LLMs.
- Engage with end-users to solicit feedback and ensure effective prioritization.
- Stay updated on applied AI research and custom LLM training.
- Scope model evaluation sets and performance requirements, review results, and iterate on solutions.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building products, with 1-2 years specifically in AI-powered products.
- Strong technical background (STEM degree) and/or experience building technical software products.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.
- Experience with coding tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable, Bolt) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Miro).
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
