Scale's Global Public Sector team is leveraging AI to tackle significant challenges worldwide. The Product Delivery & Operations Lead in Doha will be instrumental in establishing and managing the operational infrastructure crucial for the team's growth and success. This role involves translating strategic vision into actionable plans, optimizing the technical team's product development and delivery processes, and ensuring operational excellence across a global team. The ideal candidate will excel at the intersection of product, people, and process, demonstrating entrepreneurial ownership, systematic thinking, and strong execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Engineering, Product, and Design teams to drive alignment, clarity, and prioritization.
- Manage knowledge management and internal tooling, including Notion, to ensure team efficiency at scale.
- Develop and maintain systems for project tracking, staffing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to streamline procurement, budgeting, and contract processes.
- Design and implement processes to enhance the speed, quality, and predictability of product development and data delivery.
- Support technical leadership by anticipating needs, preparing materials, and communicating priorities.
- Lead internal enablement and upskilling initiatives to foster continuous improvement in product development.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in product, strategy, or business operations, preferably in high-growth tech or top-tier consulting/finance.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale systems that enhance technical team clarity and velocity.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven, first-principles approach.
- Strong familiarity with Notion and related productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Coda, Slack integrations).
- Experience working in or with the Middle East, including understanding the regional business and regulatory environment (a plus).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
