We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the tools that empower local businesses to connect, grow, and win. This role requires a product-minded individual who is energized by taking projects from conception to completion. You will leverage AI tooling as a genuine force multiplier to drive innovation and efficiency. You will own features end-to-end, influencing architecture, collaborating with product and design teams, and ensuring system reliability as we scale. A key part of this role involves investing in your teammates by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and elevating the team's collective expertise.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, from initial design to production deployment.
- Influence platform architecture and technical direction.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams.
- Maintain and improve system reliability as the platform scales.
- Share knowledge, review code, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production systems, full stack.
- Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end, including definition and delivery.
- Strong full-stack instincts, comfortable with backend logic, database design, and frontend UX.
- Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals.
- Hands-on, daily experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
- Ability to work onsite in Lehi, UT.
