Parallel is a web infrastructure company building the web for AIs. Our products enable leading businesses to create AI agents with programmatic access to the web. We are seeking a Deployed Engineer to join our team, working closely with customers to help them maximize the value of our API and scale their operations. This role requires a deep understanding of customer products, use-cases, and our API, positioning you as a power user.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to help them get the most out of our API.
- Scale customer operations alongside their growth.
- Deeply understand customer products and use-cases.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our API.
- Act as a power user of our API.
Requirements
- Engineer by training.
- Experience in consulting, product management, or go-to-market roles is a plus.
- Passion for owning customer impact.
- Ability to work hands-on with customers.
