Software Engineer, Full Stack

Paces is building the development engine for renewable infrastructure and power projects, aiming to accelerate the transition to climate-positive green infrastructure. We leverage Agentic AI to automate early-stage due diligence and combine it with in-house expertise to speed up late-stage diligence, significantly reducing the time from project siting to construction readiness. Our platform streamlines processes for developers in renewable energy, data centers, and EV charging.

We are seeking exceptional Software Engineers to join our growing team in Brooklyn, New York. You will collaborate closely with power and permitting industry experts to automate power development, gaining domain knowledge and building AI agents that automate human-driven work. You will have full ownership of projects, iterate on end-to-end features, and scale our platform to support increasing traffic, working in tight collaboration with the product team.
