We are seeking a self-starter full-stack engineer to join our fast-moving People Innovation Labs team. This role is ideal for individuals deeply curious about culture, recruiting, and people development, who want to understand and influence everything from business strategy to the code that drives it. You will collaborate with members of the People Team and leaders across the company to build software solutions for HR, culture, and recruiting from the ground up, while also exploring innovative applications of LLMs in these domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product development lifecycle for new people products end-to-end.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and design effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the research team to provide feedback and iterate on model applications.
- Work with a cross-functional team including engineers, HRBPs, recruiters, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations to create cutting-edge products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles at tech and product-driven companies.
- Previous experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup building a product from scratch is a plus.
- Interest in building company culture and/or recruiting top talent.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
- Proficiency with a backend language, such as Python.
- Some experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL.
- Interest in AI/ML (direct experience not required).
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities.
