The Cooperative AI team is building an AI-powered knowledge system that evolves and learns alongside OpenAI's products, systems, and customers. This team leverages state-of-the-art models and technologies to automate robust operations, supporting both internal and external customers globally. The work focuses on proving impact through internal use cases, particularly in knowledge systems, automation systems, and automated agent systems, before scaling them. We are looking for Software Engineers passionate about blending production-ready platform architecture with new technologies and paradigms. You will push the boundaries of OpenAI's newest technologies to enable functional and delightful interactions and automations, with a focus on foundational details like data models, architecture, and security to enable great products.
