We are seeking a full stack product engineer to define how users discover, direct, and collaborate with AI coworkers. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product experiences, balancing the development of intuitive frontend interfaces with the backend systems that ensure agentic workflows are persistent, reliable, and useful. You will operate at the intersection of product engineering, design, agent capabilities, and enterprise readiness, translating rapidly evolving AI model and platform advancements into customer-facing experiences that foster understanding, trust, and daily utility.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full stack product experiences for delegating work to AI coworkers.
- Create intuitive frontend interfaces for directing agents, reviewing progress, and collaborating on outputs.
- Build backend APIs, services, and data models for persistent agent state, asynchronous execution, and progress reporting.
- Develop workflows enabling agents to access context, use tools, and collaborate across workplace channels.
- Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to integrate shared capabilities into cohesive products.
- Build trust through clear user controls, understandable agent behavior, safe execution, and reliable operational foundations.
- Utilize customer feedback and product insights for rapid iteration and improvement of AI coworker effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional full-stack or product engineering experience, preferably in user-facing products within product-driven or enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of shipping polished user-facing products and production backend systems with full-stack ownership.
- Strong frontend skills in TypeScript, React, and modern web development, with a focus on interaction design and usability.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, data models, and production systems using languages like Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Strong product judgment and ability to manage ambiguous customer problems from concept to implementation and iteration.
- Experience designing software for complex workflows, collaboration, enterprise users, developer tools, or trust-sensitive environments.
- Ability to reason about asynchronous work, stateful systems, reliability, performance, security, and user experience tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers across multiple teams.
- High agency, strong execution skills, and enthusiasm for building new products in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI agents and the future of work; experience with agentic systems, enterprise software, or early-stage products is beneficial.
