We are seeking an exceptionally experienced, hands-on full-stack engineer to define and build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise workflows within the Technology vertical. This role involves tackling ambiguous problems, translating customer needs into product direction, designing systems, and writing production-quality code across the entire stack. You will own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of products, making foundational architecture and product tradeoffs, establishing patterns for other engineers, and ensuring high standards for reliability, security, observability, and customer value. This is an individual-contributor role focused on technical judgment, direct execution, and influence, requiring comfort with customer interaction, setting direction with partners, debugging production issues, and staying close to the code.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and personally design, build, and ship critical components for AI experiences across surfaces, services, plugins, and connectors.
- Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear product and technical strategy with defined milestones and goals.
- Lead complex initiatives across cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive decisions to implementation.
- Architect production-grade systems with standards for evaluation, instrumentation, security, reliability, and safe rollout of AI experiences.
- Own the complete product and engineering lifecycle from problem definition to sustained iteration.
- Define technical contracts and fallback strategies, and raise the engineering bar through reviews, mentorship, and reusable patterns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building production software with exceptional technical depth and product judgment.
- Ability to independently architect and implement sophisticated systems across frontend, backend, APIs, data, distributed services, and enterprise integrations.
- Proven ability to earn trust with customers, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional teams to decisions without formal authority.
- Skill in turning uncertainty into a disciplined execution plan using experiments, evaluations, and customer evidence.
- Treat enterprise identity, permissions, privacy, security, performance, reliability, and operational readiness as foundational product requirements.
- Experience leading the architecture and hands-on delivery of user-facing products from ambiguous beginnings through production use.
- Knowledge of when to build quickly, invest in foundational systems, and create durable products from specific customer workflows.
- Extensive experience building and operating full-stack production products with modern frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend technologies (Python, Go, Node.js).
- Track record of setting technical direction for complex, integration-heavy or distributed systems, with deep understanding of APIs, data models, enterprise identity, authorization, secure data flows, and partial-failure behavior.
- Demonstrated ownership of business-critical production systems at scale, including architecture, performance, observability, testing, incident response, migrations, staged delivery, and operational excellence.
- Experience shipping applied AI, agentic, or conversational products with a practical understanding of model behavior, tool use, grounding, evaluations, human feedback, and reliability challenges of probabilistic systems.
- Experience designing and building sophisticated workflow, data, analytics, visualization, or insight products for enterprise users.
- Strong record of leading through technical judgment and mentoring experienced engineers.
