About the job

We are seeking a driven solutions leader with a product mindset to join our founding Partner Applied AI team. In this role, you will own the technical engagement with our systems integrators and their strategic customers, ensuring they achieve tangible business value with Generative AI. You will help partners identify high-value use cases and provide technical enablement through the implementation of AI solutions, accelerating their time to unlock distribution and adoption. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead and thought partner to systems integrators (GSIs, RSIs, boutique SIs) to ideate and build novel applications on our API for their customers.
  • Collaborate with senior SI and customer stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases and build a comprehensive backlog for their AI roadmap.
  • Accelerate customer time to value through building hands-on prototypes and delivering strategic guidance.
  • Forge and manage relationships with SI and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scaling of applications.
  • Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to accelerate deployment for customers and partners.
  • Lead technical support during initial projects and mentor technical teams towards self-sufficiency in delivering AI-powered solutions.
  • Scale the Partner Solutions Architect function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, contributing to open-source repositories, and publishing resources.
  • Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical consulting experience, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
  • Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders, ideally within or through an SI.
  • Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
  • Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional ML solutions.
  • Experience building and/or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API.
  • Effective presenter and communicator, able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end and acquire necessary knowledge to complete tasks.
  • Humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and a desire to ensure team success.
