  • Manage fleet configuration as code using GitOps, version control, peer review, and automated validation.
  • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for fleet infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including staged deployments and rollback.
  • Utilize fleet telemetry to proactively improve performance, detect configuration drift, and verify deployment outcomes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, own incident resolution, and implement improvements to reduce recurring failures and manual tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or another modern programming language.
  • Deep experience securing and managing Linux fleets using configuration management, MDM, device enrollment, policy enforcement, and cloud identity integration.
  • Demonstrated success with open-source endpoint tools for configuration, device/application management, and telemetry.
  • Experience delivering secure, reliable, and scalable systems across different compliance requirements.
  • Extensive experience managing infrastructure at scale with IaC and GitOps, utilizing tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
  • Experience integrating and operating fleet infrastructure with CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
  • Proven track record of deploying and operating fleet infrastructure in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Strong initiative, analytical judgment, and the ability to translate problems into practical improvements.
