OffDeal is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join their AI-native investment bank for small businesses. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the CTO to develop the AI platform that significantly enhances the productivity of investment bankers. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of small business transactions, impacting trillions of dollars over the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-house investment bankers to own 0 to 1 projects, from ideation to deployment.
- Build across the entire stack using a 100% TypeScript codebase (ReactJS + NodeJS).
- Work with the latest AI technologies, including in-house AI agents and complex recommendation and search algorithms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience shipping 0 to 1 products in TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
- Comfort working in ambiguous and unstructured startup environments.
- Generalist with a passion for full-stack development.
- Strong product sense, capable of acting as their own product manager and designer.
