NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to join the DGX Server Product Engineering Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of hardware and software engineers to develop and implement complex automated test plans for industry-leading GPU-accelerated computing products. You will be involved in system architecture, design, and performance modeling for new models and packages, as well as enabling GPU SKU bring-up, validation, and model enablement. A key part of the role involves developing and executing system-level stress and performance testing strategies using industry-leading Deep Learning/AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform system architecture, design, and performance modeling and estimation across new models and packages.
- Enable GPU SKU bring-up, validation, and model enablement.
- Develop system-level stress and performance testing strategies using industry-leading Deep Learning/AI applications.
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in a hardware lab environment 5 days a week.
- BSEE or BSCE or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in validating and debugging complex systems.
- Experience developing and running real-world ML/LLM workloads.
- Mandatory skills in Dynamo, TensorRT, Slurm, and BCM.
- Knowledge of vLLM and SG Lang is preferred.
- Proficiency in Cuda, Cublas, and Cutlass.
- Deep understanding of computing architectures.
- Coding experience with Python programming and running simulators.
- Experience with datacenter products including system management, security, networking, and storage.
- Background with x86/Arm server architectures and accelerated GPU computing.
- Track record of continuous process improvement with a passion for tools and automation.
