The ideal candidate will possess strong Exchange expertise and a desire to expand their impact across a modern, AI-augmented enterprise collaboration stack, ensuring NVIDIA teams can communicate, collaborate, and deliver outstanding products effectively.
Responsibilities

- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, analyzing logs and traces to prevent incidents, minimize downtime, and optimize user experience.
- Provide expert diagnosis and resolution for complex mail flow issues, demonstrating deep knowledge of SMTP/IMAP, connectors, transport rules, and messaging architecture.
- Implement encryption, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and anti-virus/anti-spam protections, maintaining secure configurations.
- Lead or assist in initiatives such as migrations, tenant consolidations, and M&A, defining requirements and integration points.
- Handle day-to-day operations and escalations, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of documentation and learning.
- Partner on the management and operations of large-scale enterprise SaaS collaboration platforms, including onboarding, provisioning, and policy governance.
- Develop strategies to enhance messaging and collaboration ecosystems with evolving technologies, including AI-driven automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience architecting and managing Exchange Server (on-prem & SE), hybrid/Exchange Online (O365), Public Folders, SMTP, Active Directory, and Azure integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of user experience for services.
- Solid understanding of Exchange architecture, including DAGs and hybrid configurations.
- Highly motivated, passionate, and curious about new technologies, with superb communication and planning skills.
- Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects across organizational boundaries.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
