NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Developer Technology Engineer to work at the forefront of AI innovation, collaborating with industry partners and open-source projects to accelerate performance for agentic AI use cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the next era of enterprise and consumer AI by optimizing applications on RTX and DGX SoCs, influencing next-generation platforms, and providing technical guidance. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across various workloads, working closely with system software, GPU driver, architecture, and research teams.
Responsibilities
- Own key engagements with developer ecosystem partners, optimizing applications for RTX and DGX SoCs.
- Take ownership of performance optimization for compute-intensive CPU, AI, and 3D graphics workloads.
- Work across system software, GPU driver, architecture, and NVIDIA Research teams to influence next-generation SoC platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of software developer experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, software design, and parallel programming techniques.
- Expertise in developing native software on Windows and Linux.
- Familiarity with agents for software development and related tasks.
- Passion for performance optimization of CPU, AI, or 3D-graphics workflows.
- In-depth experience with profiling and debugging tools for CPU & GPU.
- Fundamental understanding of CPU or GPU architecture.
- Good communication, organization, problem-solving, time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated with high autonomy and critical thinking in a collaborative environment.
