This role is pivotal in shaping how NVIDIA protects sensitive content, manages enterprise data access, and enables next-generation AI agents at scale. The platforms encompass sensitive information protection, a central data governance layer for enterprise content, and an AI knowledge platform for reliable AI agent consumption. The focus is on access control, export-control enforcement, and production readiness. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with potential for engineering leadership and management, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across Security, Legal, Finance, and AI teams.
Responsibilities

- Design and implement export-control enforcement and long-term audit logging, including authorization checks and RBAC controls.
- Evaluate third-party partners to extend the data access platform for go-to-market motions.
- Drive the integration of enterprise content sources into the AI knowledge platform, ensuring accuracy and access control for AI agents.
- Define production readiness gates for the AI knowledge platform, focusing on integration correctness and quality.
- Serve as the technical lead across all workstreams, aligning stakeholders and clarifying ownership and priorities.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of documentation and operational rigor.
- Demonstrate readiness to grow into an engineering management role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of experience building and operating large-scale enterprise platforms, with a track record of growing technical scope and influence.
- Strong foundation in backend systems, distributed systems, and high-performance computing.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, indexing pipelines, and systems designed for reliability and scale.
- Background in enterprise security, data governance, or compliance platforms.
- Experience building or integrating secure API platforms, data connectors, or enterprise SaaS integrations at scale.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Security, Legal, Finance, and platform engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in growing into engineering leadership, with experience mentoring peers or leading projects.
- Comfortable holding ambiguity and driving decisions in a fast-paced environment.
