About the job

NVIDIA is seeking a highly technical Engagement Lead to drive the integration of Generative and Agentic AI software with enterprise ISV partners. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Software Platform Architects and unite teams behind a unified technical vision. You will remain hands-on, designing and shipping production agentic systems for demanding workloads while accelerating the adoption of NVIDIA's stack across key business initiatives. This position requires versatility at the intersection of platform strategy, a strong AI/ML background with hands-on execution, and the communication skills to engage with senior leaders. It's a high-impact role offering broad skill development and exposure to the cutting edge of Agentic AI, with insights directly shaping NVIDIA's product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical engagements with a focused set of ISV partners, collaborating with their Software Platform Architects to define objectives, timelines, and adoption plans.
  • Design and ship code, methods, and reference architectures for RAG, inference, and multi-agent, long-horizon workflows using NVIDIA's stack and open-source tools.
  • Lead technical strategy and execution, managing adoption cadence, and sharing learnings with NVIDIA's Product, Engineering, Research, and Solution Architecture teams.
  • Develop expertise across the agentic AI lifecycle, including fine-tuning, post-training, reasoning, advanced RAG, multi-agent workflows, and production inference.
  • Act as the voice of the partner within NVIDIA, conveying their needs and architecture to shape the product roadmap.
  • Cultivate deep expertise in agentic platform architecture and stay current with the rapidly evolving field and stack to provide optimal guidance to partners.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in technical Product, Engineering, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI, including customer-facing experience.
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong AI/ML and deep learning foundation with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems (advanced RAG, multi-agent architectures, production LLM deployments).
  • Experience leading technical engagements, earning trust with senior engineers, architects, and executives, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and modern agent/LLM stack tools (e.g., LangChain, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, vector DBs, MCP/A2A).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise deployment practices, including MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, security, compliance, and governance.
  • Ability to research, prototype, and collaborate across teams, with the rigor to drive solutions into production.
