About the job
We are seeking a Developer Relations Manager to be the primary liaison between our developers, customers, and the Jetson SW stack. This role involves guiding users through the platform, including BSP, security, OTA, real-time workloads, mixed-criticality systems, AI libraries, and agentic AI. You will work directly with developers and customers to help them build and deploy optimized edge AI and robotics solutions on Jetson. Simultaneously, you will gather their challenges and insights to inform our engineering and product teams, directly shaping the platform's roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners (ISVs, OEMs, ODMs, robotics companies) to drive adoption of the Jetson SW stack.
- Guide customers through the Jetson platform, assisting them from integration to production.
- Promote NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks on Jetson to maximize performance for edge AI and robotics applications.
- Facilitate the deployment of AI models and agentic pipelines on Jetson, including on-device LLM inference and vision-language models.
- Communicate developer insights to product and engineering teams to influence platform priorities, reference designs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay informed about the edge AI and robotics landscape to refine platform positioning and enhance the developer experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in embedded systems, platform engineering, developer relations, or technical evangelism within a hardware-software ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of embedded Linux platforms (BSP, kernel, device drivers, security, OTA, real-time considerations).
- Proven ability to build developer and customer relationships and drive technical adoption at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details and relaying developer needs effectively.
