About the job
NVIDIA's Customer Success Business Insights team is seeking a Customer Success Insights Engineer to drive platform adoption through data and AI-native analytical solutions. This role will focus on understanding how customers, partners, and developers engage with NVIDIA platforms and identifying opportunities to accelerate their success. You will be instrumental in surfacing key insights and building the analytical foundation to support these efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate automated data collection and transformation pipelines from enterprise systems, vendor APIs, and public developer platforms into Databricks, incorporating data quality gates and freshness monitoring.
- Utilize AI agents throughout the engineering lifecycle for multi-agent build workflows, automated verification, and adversarial review gates.
- Translate ambiguous adoption questions from leadership into measurable definitions, transparent metrics, and self-serve dashboards, clearly defining any caveats.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and recurring analytical products to track platform adoption, developer engagement, and ecosystem health for NVIDIA software.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and external vendors to source new telemetry, validate data contracts, and establish baselines for changes.
- Operationalize measurement for emerging channels like AI agent marketplaces and developer registries, where APIs are volatile and historical data may be lost.
- Champion data integrity by ensuring all metrics are defensible, sources are detailed, and anomalies are investigated before reaching customers.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or similar roles building production data products.
- Proven experience operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents for planning, tool use, and multi-step workflows, applied to engineering tasks like agent-assisted development or automated verification.
- Deep expertise in Databricks, including Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks Workflows; experience scaling Unity Catalog is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python, including API-based data ingestion.
- Experience integrating CRM and enterprise data (e.g., Salesforce) with product telemetry into unified analytical models.
- Demonstrated track record of building executive-facing dashboards and analytical narratives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
