We are seeking experienced engineers to build developer tools that users love. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating intuitive and productive interfaces for developers. This role involves a strong focus on developer ergonomics and productivity, requiring a deep understanding of advanced Python features, particularly async programming. You will work closely with users to solve their problems and contribute to a high-impact infrastructure layer for AI. This position also includes participation in an on-call rotation to address production incidents.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing high-quality Python libraries with broad user-bases.
- Experience maintaining open-source software is ideal.
- Knowledge of advanced Python features, especially async programming.
- Strong product sense focused on developer ergonomics and productivity.
- High level of customer empathy and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in-person in our NYC or Stockholm office.
