Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems to be safe and beneficial for users and society. As the Manager of the Partnerships Applied AI Solutions Architect team, you will drive the adoption of frontier AI by enabling the deployment of Anthropic's products through system integrators, cloud partners, and strategic technology partners. You will build and lead a team of Partner Solutions Architects, establish processes for partner-led pre-sales engagements, and represent Anthropic as the technical lead on key partnerships. Collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering, you will help partners integrate AI, accelerate revenue, and execute go-to-market strategies while upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Architects, setting goals and coaching for productivity and growth.
- Act as the senior technical partner to the GTM partnerships team, co-building partner strategy and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Enable partner AI practices by embedding your team with GSI and cloud partner technical teams, troubleshooting, and evangelizing Anthropic.
- Lead partners in identifying GenAI applications, developing joint solutions, and codifying best practices for accelerated deployment.
- Own the technical aspects of partner-led pre-sales engagements, providing solution architecture guidance on strategic deals.
- Gather and validate product feedback from partner deployments to inform product roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner SE, TAM).
- 3+ years managing pre-sales or partner-facing technical teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Proven track record building and scaling partnerships with GSIs or cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of partner-led selling and delivery, including indirect revenue models and joint GTM motions.
- Technical depth in enterprise AI deployments, including LLM architecture, prompt engineering, evaluation, API integrations, and production use cases.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of building trusted relationships with C-suite, partner leadership, and engineering teams.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing safe, beneficial AI.

- Annual compensation range: $315,000 - $380,000 USD
