About the job
Luma is seeking a highly autonomous and AI-fluent Product Manager to build enterprise products from the ground up, transforming frontier multimodal capabilities into scalable solutions for marketing, advertising, and entertainment customers. This role requires a general manager mindset, focusing on P&L-driven decisions and defining product opportunities rather than executing pre-defined directives. You will spend significant time embedded with forward-deployed teams working directly with customers to build agentic products, not traditional SaaS. If you thrive in high-ambiguity environments and possess strong product sense, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Define product opportunities across enterprise segments, including customer profiles, workflows, jobs-to-be-done, and unmet needs in marketing, advertising, and entertainment.
- Translate Luma's models, Canvas, Agents, and APIs into clear product definitions for commercial customers.
- Drive cross-functional execution across research, product, engineering, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams.
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to validate opportunities and shape product direction.
- Bridge market signals back to research to ensure model prioritization aligns with commercial needs.
- Build agentic products that generate revenue and scale, operating with a GM mindset on commercial viability.
Requirements
- Staff or Principal-level PM experience building enterprise products in high-ambiguity environments.
- Proven success building enterprise AI applications, particularly agentic products with real adoption.
- Functional AI/ML fluency, including reasoning about capabilities, evals, latency/cost trade-offs, and fine-tuning vs prompting vs tool use.
- Effectiveness collaborating across product, engineering, research, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams.
- General-manager mindset with P&L experience and a focus on business trade-offs and revenue.
- Very high agency and self-starter mentality.
- Consultative PM skills with customers.
- A mix of large-company and earlier-stage experience.
